How To Make Jamaican Carrot Juice?

To start wash and peel your carrots. Chop the carrots into 2-inch pieces and blend them for two minutes with water and orange juice. Strain the carrot mixture using a fine mesh cloth or strainer. Keep the juice and discard the rest.

Before use rinse the blender once to get rid of any leftover chunks. Next add the vanilla extract, condensed milk and nutmeg or cinnamon and ginger to your blender and pulse the Jamaican carrot juice until well combined.

Add as much ice cubes as you prefer to a pitcher and pour the juice into the pitcher. If you like add the ice to the blender and blend to crush up the ice. Top your mason jars with this yummy Jamaican carrot juice and enjoy!
